Whichever Gascoyne Holdings property you’re in, we’re always on hand to help. Our management office is centrally located and open to all tenants during office hours. If you have a maintenance emergency outside of office hours, simply call our dedicated helpline and we’ll get it sorted
We strive to be a responsible landlord and to protect and nurture relationships with our tenants. As such, we proudly conduct and publish regular satisfaction surveys to help us continually improve.
We’re also passionate about sustainability and minimising our environmental impact. All residents are provided with recycle bags, which are processed in line with WCC recycling policy.
The AST letting agreement we use is the Association of Residential Letting Agents’ recommended standard lease, which is updated yearly to take account of all new legislation. We’re also a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to legally hold and secure tenant deposit monies.
